Career

Schachner earned a film-scoring degree in 2007.

Immediately after earning her degree, Schachner moved to Los Angeles.

In 2014, Schachner was hired directly to create music for Assassin's Creed: Unity.

BioWare announced Schachner as the composer for Anthem in 2018.

Schachner received a 2024 Grammy nomination for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II in Best Score Soundtrack for Video Games and Other Interactive Media.

  • Schachner said that her childhood interest in Viking culture led her family to buy a reconstructed Viking longship for their backyard.
