Bruce Straley is a game director, artist, designer, and studio director.

Career

In 1999, Straley joined Naughty Dog as a texture artist on Crash Team Racing and was the studio's employee number 15.

At Naughty Dog, Straley co-art directed Uncharted: Drake's Fortune and was then given the Game Director role on Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.

Naughty Dog publicly identified Straley as Game Director of The Last of Us during its 2011 reveal.

Straley announced his departure from Naughty Dog on September 13, 2017, after 18 years at the studio.

Wildflower Interactive announced Coven of the Chicken Foot as its first game in 2025.

  • Straley said the idea that became Coven of the Chicken Foot dated to when Naughty Dog began Jak and Daxter.
