Brian Fargo, legally named Frank Brian Fargo, is an American video game designer, producer, programmer, and founder of Interplay Productions and inXile Entertainment. He is Studio Head at inXile Entertainment.

Career

In 1981, Fargo self-published and marketed The Demon's Forge, his first widely distributed adventure game.

Fargo founded Interplay Productions in 1983.

Fargo founded inXile Entertainment in 2002 after leaving Interplay.

The Wasteland 2 Kickstarter reached its funding goal in under 48 hours.

Microsoft announced plans in 2018 to acquire inXile and bring it into Xbox Game Studios.
