From that yarn springs Yarny, an apple-sized creature made entirely of thread, who awakens and gazes in wonder at the enormous world around him. Guided by the photographs displayed throughout the house, Yarny steps into the memories they hold, journeying through vivid landscapes that were once meaningful to the family who lived there. Using the yarn of his own body to swing, climb, and build bridges, the little creature traverses windswept coastlines, forests, and snowy hills, leaving an unspooling trail behind him. As Yarny gathers the fragments of these recollections, the game weaves a tender, bittersweet tale about love, family, and the memories that bind people together across the passing of years.
