One day King Jibral and Zola encounter a mysterious evil dragon shadow at one of the cubes. Zola has a bad feeling about it and after informing Shu and the party, they find themselves on another adventure to discover this new threat."

A direct sequel to Blue Dragon that takes place a year after the first games events. The game uses a real-time strategy style with characters being moved around a map using the stylus on the bottom screen and fighting enemies when they are close enough to attack.
